Production Control

Alliance Minerals, has three plants in India and one in Vietnam, and processes slabs and tiles*. All 4 factories have state-of-the-art machinery from Barsanti Macchines, Italy. With a combination of stone professionals and machinery, the production is controlled and monitored. Once the block is processed, each slab then receives a unique identification number along with a grade per Alliance Minerals grading structure. During the grading process every 10th slab of 2cm and every 7th slab of 3cm from a block is photographed and uploaded into our sales system. These photographs are kept on record to send to customers for the review and approval. Inventory carried in North America is also identifiable with images.

*Tiles: Currently Alliance Minerals processes marble tiles only. All tiles are processed in our Vietnam plant.
