Alliance Minerals set up its first factory in 2004. Within 4 short years it expanded production to 4 factories.
Alliance Minerals owns and controls 4 processing facilities. Of which 3 are located in India and 1 in Vietnam.
The combined production for all 4 factories is 500,000 square feet / month.
The locations for all the processing units were chosen very carefully with the goal of minimizing the transportation cost and maximizing efficiency.
The processing units are equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, all imported and installed by industry leader, Barsanti Macchine, Italy.
Plant 1:
- Location: Karur Village, Tada – Nellore Dist. Andhra Pradesh.
- Products: Granite Slabs, Cut to Size and Pre-Fabrications.
- Machines: 3 Gang saws, 1 Grinding Machine, Resin Plant, 1 Polishing Line and 1 Bridge Cutter.
Plant 2:
- Location: Karur Village, Tada – Nellore Dist. Andhra Pradesh.
- Products: Granite Slabs for Monument Industry (Thick Slabs), Cut to Size, and Pre-Fabrications.
- Machines: 2 Gang saws, Resin Plant, 1 Polishing Line and 1 Bridge Cutter.
Plant 3:
- Location: Karur Village, Tada – Nellore Dist. Andhra Pradesh.
- Products: Granite Strips (Cutter Slabs).
- Machines: 4 Vertical saws, 8 Pneumatic Polishing Machines and 1 Bridge Cutter.
Plant 4:
- Location: Ken Giang Commune, Haiphong City, S.R. Vietnam
- Products: Marble Slabs, Tiles and Cut to Size.
- Machines: Gang saw, Polishing Line, Bridge Cutter, Block Cutter and a tiling plant.
