Customer Approval
Alliance Minerals has always believed that through transparency we can help our customers to buy from us with confidence. Alliance Minerals practices this by having all its containers approved by its customers before they are shipped out. During this approval process, the packing list along with pictures (one picture per crate / bundle; seven pictures per container) is sent to the client for their final approval. Should the customer find anything not suitable, the issue can be communicated to Alliance Minerals. This approval process means that, at the request of the customer, the packing list can be altered prior to shipping.
Only after the customer gives final approval of the products and measurements are the products loaded into the containers and dispatched. This final quality control step makes sure that our customers know they can rely on us.
